With over two decades leading organizations through growth and change as a Vice President, Chief of Staff, Executive Director, and turnaround principal, I understand the weight, complexity, and nuance of executive leadership.

Certified through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and holding two master’s degrees in leadership, I bring a rare blend of strategic insight, cultural fluency, and compassionate perspective to every engagement.
